BATHS & NAIL TRIMS

Our raised bath area makes it easy and more accessible for owners to bath their canine companions

Owner Bath $15

Staff Bath $25

Staff baths consist of a bath and optional blowout ONLY. We do not offer full service grooming. 

Baths are by appointment only. Please call ahead at 515-955-8343

All animals that  enter the facility must be current on rabies and distemper vaccinations. Hard copy proof of vaccinations must be provided to staff to keep on hand at the shelter in accordance with Iowa law. 

Any medical conditions or concerns noted during the bath or nail trim will be conveyed to the owner but staff may NOT treat or diagnose. 

Animals must be relatively easy to handle, may not have any current or recent infections and may not, to the owners best knowledge, have fleas.

Having some trouble keeping your fuzzy friends feet nice and neat?

Almost Home offers nail trims for both cats and dogs for only $15!

Nails trim may require staff to restrain or muzzle your pet at their discretion in order to get the nail trim done quickly and safely.
